Happy Earth Day Earthlings

Marvin hopes it is the last one.

TWINKLE, TWINKLE PLANET EARTH

(Credit to unknown Lyricist, sing to tune of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star)

Twinkle, Twinkle, Planet Earth:
How I wonder what your worth.
You'll be worthless when I am through
Zapping, Blasting, Crushing you.
Twinkle, Twinkle, Planet Earth:
How I wonder what your worth.

Teeny, tiny spinning ball....
Heads are big, but brains are small.
I will strike you Earthlings down,
Ray gun beams from town to town.
Teeny, tiny spinning ball...
Heads are big, but brains are small.

Twinkle, Twinkle, do it fast!
Thirty Seconds left to last.
Ray guns ready, no more quirks!
Now I'll wait and hope it works.
Twinkle, Twinkle, do it fast!
Twenty seconds left to last.

The green police

The Green police, they live inside of my head.
The Green police, they come to me in my bed.
The Green police, they're coming to arrest me, oh no.

You know that talk is cheap, and those rumors ain't nice.
And when I fall asleep I don't think I'll survive the night, the night.

'Cause they're waiting for me.
They're looking for me.
Every single night they're driving me insane.
Those men inside my brain.

The Green police, they live inside of my head.
(Live inside of my head.)
The Green police, they come to me in my bed.
(Come to me in my bed.)
The Green police, they're coming to arrest me, oh no.

Well, I can't tell lies, 'cause they're listening to me.
And when I fall asleep, bet they're spying on me tonight, tonight.

'Cause they're waiting for me.
They're looking for me.
Every single night they're driving me insane.
Those men inside my brain.

I try to sleep, they're wide awake, they won't let me alone.
They don't get paid or take vacations, or let me alone.
They spy on me, I try to hide, they won't let me alone.
They persecute me, they're the judge and jury all in one.

'Cause they're waiting for me.
They're looking for me.
Every single night they're driving me insane.
Those men inside my brain.

Jim Prentice, Minister of silly talks

Jim Prentice, international poster child of outlandish accusations.

Here is a thought Jim. How about countering the bull being spewed by the environMENTALists with some truth and facts instead of appeasing the idiots.

PM Harper sure knows how to keep his voter base happy don't he... oh wait... What is this?... strike 34 or thereabouts? My back has far too many knives in it now. Unfortunately there is NO ONE else to give my support to. My vote is up for grabs by anyone who can deliver something close to an Alberta version of the BLOC. The exception being that the Alberta version are truly in it to separate and not just garner more money from Ottawa to pay for useless programs.

What's 7 billion when the planets health is at stake

And this is what PMSH wants to bring to Canada. Looks like a Disney land for thieves. Keep in mind that this is just from one of the six recognized European carbon trading markets. The thieves would never do the same to the other five. Nahhhhh, that would be crazy shit.

Nope, climate change is not about the money. Not at all.

PMSH, give your frickin' head a good shake, wake up, come back from the dark side...

Curious that

Earth's greenhouse gases reach record highs... Yet average global temperatures have done what? Not what the fancy computer models tell us should be happening is it. Nope, it makes no sense what so ever, but... what the hell do I know.

Their alter has altered

So much for the church of climatology.
Their high priests have been caught screwing around, not with alter boys but with data.
Anthropogenic global warming (AGW), Global warming, climate change, whatever you want to call it is dead and its creators have some explaining to do. I would also think some jail time is in order as well.

Whats up with that

I know who I believe

How about you?

Canada's polar bears are not teetering on the brink of extinction and don't need the alarmist rhetoric coming from some of the world's biologists, some Inuit experts said Friday at a one-day summit to discuss the fate of the arctic mammals.

Thank you. That will be all. You are all dismissed now. Go on, enjoy your weekend.

Somethin fishy is goin on

Fish feces may help neutralize carbon dioxide levels

The world's oceans are getting help controlling harmful acid levels from an unseemly source, according to a new study that found fish feces play a key role in neutralizing carbon dioxide in the marine environment. [...]

Which just goes to show that we humans know diddly squat about mother nature and should not be trying to predict what the climate will be like 2 days from now never mind in 40 in years...

I told you so

For a couple years now at least, I have referred to environMENTALISTS that squawk on and on about man made global warming as "The Church of Climatology". EnviroMENTALISTS had taken their rhetoric to a level that can only be compared to that of the TV evangelist. So, when I discovered this one, I was not surprised in the least.

Green Bible creates controversy

In this day and age, you can buy a Bible aimed at almost any demographic imaginable.

There are Bibles for everyone from toddlers to teenage girls to recovering addicts. There are even Bibles on disc, narrated by James Earl Jones and Johnny Cash.

But it's the recently published Green Bible that is causing a stir in the religious community.

Supporters of the book, which highlights verses related to what believers call "God's creation" and his desire for humans to protect it, say they hope it will encourage more Christians, particularly evangelicals, to embrace environmentalism. [...]

I knew it was bound to happen. I am just surprised that they based it on the King James Bible and did not just make up one of their own liking.

The failure that is Kyoto

As we all know, money does not grow on trees. Apparently though, it does spew out of trees that are hugged.

The potential penalty, 36 billion euros ($46 billion) for the group based on current permit prices, and the fact that only a minority of 37 Kyoto signatory nations may meet their pledges bodes poorly for international efforts to limit global warming.

Please save the global economy from sliding into recession. Hug every tree you see.

You gotta have faith

This, from the same people who are most likely to bash you for having "faith". It is laughable...

Canadians may not understand the details of the Grits' Green Shift plan, but Bennett said they can have faith in the policy because it has received support from prominent Canadian environmentalist David Suzuki.

You can have faith, just not the faith you choose.
