Friday afternoon I bought a new cooker....
Friday evening I had a great meal while watching the game....
Deep fried duck! Cooked in good ol' Alberta oil..... It was damn tastey... Go Oilers Go!!!

Geez, Tim, doncha know that good old AB oil from the oilsands is hard on the arteries? Next time use good old AB canola oil, much better for you.

Dont matter what oil ya use...deep fried is bad for the arteries no matter how ya do it...lol
Still workin on the appetizers here Candace... not sure yet what the main course will be...or when... could be Buffalo burgers or a Hurricane party to finish off with... I'll get back to ya on that one....:D
