Where to begin?

I came home to find more news that grabbed my attention than usual.

Better late than never I guess. Our judicial system is very slow, and sometimes it even works. I truly believe this man should spend the rest of his life behind bars for war crimes. In this case that will not be very long. He is 83 after all... CLICK

Sticking with the way back machine and the judicial system, we have the families of those killed in the 1985 Air India bombing wanting a formal apology from the federal government. Cause an official government apology will make everything better. Oh and a big ass cheque of course... CLICK

More recently, our current government fired the head of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission for refusing to allow the re-opening of the Chalk River reactor even though it was causing a medical crisis not only in Canada but around the globe. Apparently the odds of Chalk River being hit by a devastating earth quake was very high in her mind and took priority over the real concerns of peoples health. Surprise surprise, she wants a judge to give her her entitlement to her old job. Well because... she is THE President! I can't help but wonder how many millions will this cost us tax payers to make her go away? Why on earth would anyone want to go back to a job where you are not wanted by the current employer?
