i was there, with three kids, and we even bussed it there, but we got there. it was very beautiful. the soldiers who face painted my boys were comical, my daughter wouldn't let them touch her face though unless they would do a butterfly, lol. i was really disappointed by the low turnout tho, i expected there to be a lot more people,
My hats off to you, three kids on the bus is not a fun thing even for short trip especially with the weather we had. As was I with the turnout. Downtown at noon...there should have been thousands as the Sun predicted. Thanks for taking the time to show your support!
