Paul Coffin

He testified at sentencing arguments in his case that he owed the federal government $1.5 million and recently settled the civil suit for $1 million.

So, if I read this right... Paul coffin ripped off the people of Canada the amount of 1.5 million. The government sued him in civil court and settled for a payment of 1 million. This means Paul coffin walks away with $500,000 of our money. Not a bad gig if you can get it. Where does one sign up?
