Now that he is back in custody his name is no longer allowed to be used and many of the stories mentioning his name have been removed from the net. Wait a second... did he not just commit a crime as an "adult" by running away from the half way house? Does this not now make him fair game for the media to continue using his name and picture regarding this new "crime" commited by an "adult" and not a "young offender"?
