As part of the ongoing Award trades, (the "Stupidist F#%&ing Pet Owner" for "Most Hysterical Single Mother") I suggested I would come up with a new logo for Candace over at Waking up on Planet X. I had thought of using Ms. Hysterical as part of the logo but as it may no longer belong to Candace in the near future, I decided to go with the following. Keep in mind this is the first draft and is subject to many changes or total inialation! So without further ado.....

Actually, that's a pretty damn good logo! But maybe do something with the contrast or pick something other than red?
funny it looked really good on my monitor at home, yet now that i see it on a few others it is not so good. I will work on it and also give you an explanation of what my mind set was in the creation of it.
works for me. Maybe flourescent pink instead of red? would that be clearer?
The Alberta part is self explanatory...Black for the oil and a reminder of the NEP... the partial maple leaf represents your Canadian side but that it is also fading away.

We must figure out a joint announcement or something, but today I think I'm in mourning for BBG/Andrew... not sure I can be brilliant.

Twas a very long day at work for me..8 am to 12 am...sheesh what was I thinking. I am glad you like the latest version Candace. Dino, I herd a Candace pic sold on ebay for several hundred thousand... just a rumour but hey....worth a shot!
We can work out things later once you have finished grieving over the blogspheres loss. It is a sad day thats for sure.
