Inmates, Outmates, Inmates

Now I have heard it all. A couple so-called prisoners, escape from Westmoreland Institution in Dorchester NB, break into a nearby home, rob it blind, then take the goods back home to prison. Guess the government was not giving them enough to make the place homey. I did a quick google on this place and found out a couple others did not like the place either. Not sure if they were ever recaptured. Maybe the RCMP are just waiting for them to come home as well?

I'm thinking they had better get someone to change the locks on this place. Maybe send the gaurds out for eye tests while they are at it. Simply incredible.

Sheeesh ... and we have people whining because we want our own provincial police?

To be fair here AB...it was not the RCMP that let these guys walk out and back in... it was the corrections officers... the RCMP, well, an RCMP dog... did actually manage to figure out where they came from and where they went to....

I'm trying to figure out the "no one has been charged" line... huh?

I'm guessing they cannot "prove" which inmates actually accomplished this, as they passed around a bunch of the stolen goods throughout the prison population...

Hey, give the guys a break, it's not very nice in prison ya know. Steak only once a week, one color tv.....how do you expect guys to live under these conditions, it's only fair they be allowed to escape and rob someone else to fill the void in their life....

There is a void in their life alright. It's between their ears!

If this weren't real, you wouldn't be able to sell it as fiction -- too improbable.
