N.L. Premier Danny Williams is whining about how PM Steven Harper is ripping off his province in regards to transfer payments. He needs that extra money to get things done for the people of Newfoundland and Labrador. Mean while back at the ranch, he has come up with a $261 million dollar surplus. Excellent job Mr. Williams! Judging from what he plans on doing with that surplus, he really does not need any more income. He is offering Newfoundlanders the largest personal income tax cut in the province's history.
There MUST be an election coming up soon... Why shiver me timbers... there is... Oct. 9th

They'll vote him in again..... just because he's good at whining...
Of course they will. He has actually done a fair job considering what he was given to begin with. He was handed a very big majority last time out and I suspect it will be bigger next time out. He is popular at home, guess it makes sense, as whining is a Newfies god given right... OOOOOOps... that was not very PC of me now was it..... oh well...
