Our Justice System

Failing Canadians, one criminal at a time... And don't give me that crap that our crime rates are dropping. The only thing that is dropping is the time criminals spend behind bars and the numbers that are actually convicted for the crimes they commit. Our system would rather hand out "alternative sentences" than put criminals behind bars. Our system is allowing criminals to go free because our so called progressive society puts more emphasis on protecting the criminals rights rather than law abiding citizens or the victims rights. Not to mention that we hold our police to such a high standard, it is simply amazing that anyone is ever convicted at all. Our officers are expected not to make any errors what so ever. Dot every i, cross every t as any small error could and does sometimes allow the accused to walk free. The only rule a criminal has is, and it is a simple one, Don't get caught... Crime does pay, quite well in fact, especially in Canada, and that is why many people turn to it rather than work for a living... When will we ever learn?

Anytime they want to fudge the statistics, create a new catagory....

Stats are just numbers to be twisted in favor of your opinion.
